The offloading skill still teaches single-file copies and status-file polling for long jobs. Teach the native file commands, detached jobs with logs/wait/cancellation, and piped stdin. Add targeted handoffs from agent-building and backend guidance when the task needs isolated code execution or remote builds and tests.
The examples check installed command support before use. Keep the Git-aware
sbx pushhelper and older CLI fallback, since standalonesandboxand bundledvercel sandboxcan expose different commands. Companion discovery docs: vercel/front#91915.Validation: 59 focused tests, typecheck, structural validation and generated-template checks passed. Copied examples passed against live Sandboxes using the merged CLI candidate: file bytes and executable permissions, recursive transfers, detached completion, cancellation, a failing command's exit status, and piped stdin. The optional remote documentation-coverage check was unavailable locally.
Release dependency: the published
sandbox@4.11.1package tested on November 2 does not include the new file or command-management features. Native examples were verified against merged source at7c7eecaf9c1560a3db0c90109ec2a53c991a637c; verify a published release before treating them as generally available. Installed-capability checks and fallbacks remain in the skill.
