fix(tutorials): stray brace fence position + locale title dash unification - #55

…cale title dashes - en steem-js index had the second code fence closing one line early, leaving the callbacks closing brace outside the block; moved the close down one line and mirrored the same fix in all 7 locales (fences stay byte-identical to en) - unified frontmatter title separators in ru/fr/de/it/es/ko steem-js index/read-api/broadcast pages from em dash to hyphen, matching en, zh and all steemgosdk pages
