What changed in this PR
This weekly sync updates the Microsoft Graph permission catalog with new scopes, endpoint mappings, and provisioning metadata.
Changes:
- Adds permission definitions for case management, Copilot credit requests, MCP server access, and Agentic Security.
- Expands endpoint coverage for identity governance, network access, cross-tenant policies, and Teams join requests.
- Updates permission identifiers, resource application mappings, and visibility and enablement settings.
