What changed in this PR
This weekly sync updates the permission catalog and provisioning metadata used by Microsoft Graph tooling.
Changes:
- Adds permission definitions for case management configuration, Copilot credit requests, MCP server access, and Agentic Security.
- Extends endpoint mappings for delegated administration, cross-tenant policies, and Teams join requests.
- Updates provisioning identifiers, visibility, and enablement, and adds hidden, disabled permission entries.
