Documents the generic Profile construct served by Layer5 Cloud (layer5io/meshery-cloud#6294, schemas v1.3.89).

New concept page: cloud/concepts/spaces/profiles (what a profile holds, visibility, owner and succession, the move off purpose: profile environments, permissions).
New guide: cloud/guides/workspaces/managing-profiles (API tasks; profiles have no UI page yet).
Workspaces concept: a Profiles section.
Default Permissions: a Profile permissions section, with role holdings checked against the seeded keychains.

Built locally with Hugo; both new pages and the #profile-permissions anchor render.

Addressed in 081745e:

Unlinking a connection now names its permission (Edit Profile, or the owner).
Owner reads: Layer5 Cloud lets an owner read their own profile even when it is in no workspace (the visibility predicate includes the owner), so the concept page was already right; the guide now says so for GET /profiles/{profileId} as well. The narrower wording in data/openapi.yml comes from the meshery/schemas description and will be corrected there.
