Summary

• Remove discontinued @react-native-firebase/ml and add v27 migration notes/redirects.
• Deprecate Gemini 3/4-unsupported GenerationConfig / LiveGenerationConfig sampling fields (fields kept).
• Bump Firebase Android BoM 35.0.0 and raise minSdk 24; bump App Distribution API pin to beta21.
• Bump Firebase Apple SDK 13.0.0 (SPM-only): macOS 11, fail-loud $RNFirebaseDisableSPM / Expo disableSPM, Firestore pipeline bridges → __*Bridge.
• Bump firebase JS 13.0.0 and align AI with upstream removals: removed VertexAIBackend / positional template generateContent / sendMediaChunks+sendMediaStream; replacements AgentPlatformBackend, TemplateRequest, realtime senders (sendTextRealtime / sendAudioRealtime / sendVideoRealtime).
• Isolate Firestore namedQuery e2e bundle setup and bound emulator wipe (fixes slot-5 iOS beforeEach hang).
• Refresh migrating-to-v27 / platforms / ios-spm docs for the three SDK majors.

Supersedes:

• feat(app, sdk): bump Firebase Android SDK to 35.0.0 #9365
• feat(app, sdk): bump Firebase JS SDK to 13.0.0 #9366

Test plan

• yarn compare:types exit 0 (AI + Firestore BSON allowlist)
• Plugin fixtures/snapshots expect minSdk 24
• DisableSPM / Expo disableSPM fail loud (Ruby + plugin tests)
• Slot-5 area e2e: iOS / Android / macOS green for ai+firestore+app
• Confirm feat(app, sdk): bump Firebase Android SDK to 35.0.0 #9365 / feat(app, sdk): bump Firebase JS SDK to 13.0.0 #9366 can be closed as superseded
