Completes #566, which merged with only its changeset: the commit was made after a `git stash pop` had unstaged the deletions. This removes the frozen 0.58.0 ERP Integration API spec, types, docs and the unregistered CLI command, plus the stale cli-wrapper README rows and the `erp-integration-client` entry in publish-clients.sh. The changeset already on main (`remove-erp-integration.md`) describes this change, so no new one is added.

git stash pop(from comparing typecheck errors againstmain) had unstaged them before I committed.
