Summary

lm3s6965-ek:qemu-protected gives the kernel image the first 128 KiB of flash. On master the kernel image does not fit any more: CI fails in arm-ti with region `kflash' overflowed by 280 bytes for PRs that change no code of this configuration (#21146).

Since #21105, msgget(), msgctl(), msgsnd() and msgrcv() are system calls, so the system call table links their code into the kernel of every protected build. No program of this configuration uses System V message queues. This PR sets CONFIG_DISABLE_MQUEUE_SYSV=y.

Impact

lm3s6965-ek:qemu-protected only. CI builds this configuration (arm-ti) and runs nothing on it. No program in nuttx-apps uses msgget().

Testing

Arm GNU Toolchain 13.2.1 (the version CI uses), Make build, nuttx master 1080f14, nuttx-apps master b86baecee. Bytes used of 131072 in each half:

nuttx kernel half user half
master overflowed by 288 127176
this PR 129720 127176
this PR + #21216 129880 127176
this PR + #21128 129896 127320
this PR + #21144 129760 127176

The defconfig is unchanged by make savedefconfig. tools/checkpatch.sh -c -u -m -g passes. I have not run the configuration under QEMU.

The kernel half of the qemu-protected flash is full again: the kernel
image is 288 bytes larger than its 128 KiB (Arm GNU 13.2), and CI fails
with "region `kflash' overflowed".

Since msgget(), msgctl(), msgsnd() and msgrcv() became system calls,
the system call table links their code into the kernel of every
protected build. No program of this configuration uses System V
message queues. Disable them.

The kernel image is 1640 bytes smaller.
