What does this PR do?

Adds opencode-muse-multi-auth to the community plugins table. It provides isolated Muse Code account profiles, optional quota-aware switching, usage limits and the muse-auth CLI.

How did you verify your code works?

Checked the existing table format, confirmed the public repository and npm release (0.3.0), and ran git diff --check. The listed release has been tested with OpenCode 1.18.30.

Looks fine to me. This is a one-row addition to the ecosystem plugins table. It matches the table's formatting and column padding, and the linked repository and npm package (0.3.0) both exist. Public API is unchanged (docs only). No blocking concerns.
