fix(events): stop mirroring streaming_url and overflow_streaming_url into each other - #661
SummitEvent::setOverflow() also wrote streaming_url and stream_is_secure, and setStreamingUrl() also wrote overflow_streaming_url. An event could never hold a primary stream and a different overflow stream at the same time, and every caller of setStreamingUrl() (SummitEventFactory, PresentationVideoMediaUploadProcessor, the event clone in SummitService) overwrote a live overflow URL.
This PR removes the three mirror assignments. Each setter writes its own fields only; setOverflow() keeps setting occupancy to OVERFLOW.
Nothing reads the mirrored values:
the public overflow door (SummitEventOverflowStreamingSerializer) and the occupancy/overflow listing (DoctrineSummitEventRepository) read overflow_streaming_url only;
Show Admin's Room Occupancy sends overflow_streaming_url explicitly on PUT …/events/{id}/overflow.
Companion change in summit-admin
The setStreamingUrl() mirror was what prefilled Show Admin's Overflow modal after an admin bulk-edited the room's stream URL into every talk (the modal reads overflow_streaming_url only). The companion PR in summit-admin (fix/overflow-modal-prefill) moves that prefill into the modal: overflow_streaming_url || streaming_url, same for the secure flag. Both ship together so the room operators' workflow is unchanged.
Behaviour change
While an event is on overflow, streaming_url now keeps the event's primary stream instead of becoming the overflow URL. Readers of streaming_url during an overflow: pub-api (republishes it on Ably; signage uses overflow_url, not this), summit-reports-api (StreamingUrl), event-site's session player (calls streaming-info, which throws by design).
Needed by the stream API design (D29 in ftn-docsnsklz #171): the stream API writes the session's URL and the overflow's URL back to summit-api as two independent values.
Tests
tests/Unit/Entities/SummitEventStreamingUrlTest.php: setOverflow() leaves streaming_url and stream_is_secure untouched; setStreamingUrl() leaves overflow_streaming_url untouched. Both fail on main and pass here.
Primary and overflow stream settings now remain independent, preventing one stream’s URL or security setting from unexpectedly changing when the other is updated.
Tests
Added coverage to verify that updating either stream preserves the other stream’s settings.
…into each other
SummitEvent::setOverflow() also wrote streaming_url and stream_is_secure,
and setStreamingUrl() also wrote overflow_streaming_url, so an event
could never hold a primary stream and a different overflow stream at the
same time, and any caller of setStreamingUrl (the event factory, the
presentation video processor) overwrote a live overflow URL.
Nothing reads the mirrored values: the overflow readers (the public
?k= door, occupancy/overflow) read overflow_streaming_url only, and
Room Occupancy sends the overflow URL explicitly on PUT .../overflow.
Each setter now writes its own fields only. setOverflow keeps setting
occupancy to OVERFLOW. Covered by SummitEventStreamingUrlTest.

Walkthrough
The primary and overflow stream setters now update their own stream fields without copying values to the other stream. Unit tests verify URL independence and check overflow security and occupancy.
The setters no longer copy URL or security values between the primary and overflow streams. Tests verify that both URLs remain unchanged when the other setter runs, and check overflow security and occupancy.
Local test runs may need a cache override until the tests select a tag-capable store. The issue is bounded and does not block CI.

Select a tag-capable cache for local PHPUnit runs.
The CI workflow sets CACHE_DRIVER=redis, so the original claim is too broad for that workflow. A local PHPUnit run that uses the default file store can still fail when either test calls setStreamingUrl(), because that method invokes Cache::tags().
Configure a tag-capable cache, such as the array store, in this test's setup.

So the secure flags still aren't independent. Two callers reach it: SummitEventFactory (whenever an event update payload carries stream_is_secure) and the event clone in SummitService.
Repro: an event is in OVERFLOW with a secure overflow stream (overflow_stream_is_secure = true). An admin edits the event and sends stream_is_secure=false for the primary stream. The overflow flag flips to false too, so SummitEventOverflowStreamingSerializer serves the overflow URL without signed Mux tokens, and playback fails when the overflow playback ID is signed.
The new test doesn't catch this. It calls setStreamIsSecure(false) before setOverflow(..., true), never the other way round.
Suggested fix: drop line 1871. Then add a test that calls setOverflow($url, true) then setStreamIsSecure(false) and asserts that getOverflowStreamIsSecure() is still true.
