docs(readme): fix license badge showing invalid - #107

Conversation
GitHub's image proxy cached an "invalid" response for the dynamic github/license shields.io badge. Use a static MIT badge instead so the header no longer depends on a live license lookup. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Description
The License badge at the top of the README showed
license: invalidinstead oflicense: MIT.GitHub detects the license from
LICENSE.mdcorrectly (the repo API reports MIT), the link target exists, and a direct request to the shields.iogithub/licenseendpoint returnslicense: MIT. GitHub's image proxy (camo) is serving a cachedlicense: invalidresponse for that exact badge URL, which was presumably captured during a failed lookup at shields.io and never refreshed. This switches to a static shields.io badge (
license-MIT-blue, flat-square, same as the other badges). It does not depend on a live GitHub API lookup, so it cannot break the same way, and the new URL gets a fresh proxy cache entry. The link still points toLICENSE.md, and the license text is unchanged.Type of change
