From 9cc3696ffbb9ddd5c246bda17439a258e543d2dd Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Jason Perlow Date: Mon, 12 Oct 2026 21:45:14 -0400 Subject: [PATCH] fix(plugins): create the extension for an enabled plugin that has none When enabled-plugins or disabled-plugins changed outside the Plugins page, enable_configured_plugins() skipped a plugin whose module was already loaded, so a plugin turned off and on again that way stayed enabled with no extension and its settings page showed No settings available until the shell restarted. Create the missing extension in that case. Assisted-by: Claude Code:claude-opus-5-5 AI-Scope: added the enabled-but-no-extension branch in enable_configured_plugins(). --- src/core/plugin_manager.vala | 4 +++- 1 file changed, 3 insertions(+), 1 deletion(-) diff --git a/src/core/plugin_manager.vala b/src/core/plugin_manager.vala index b6a6346..8e3b50e 100644 --- a/src/core/plugin_manager.vala +++ b/src/core/plugin_manager.vala @@ -186,7 +186,9 @@ namespace Singularity { } catch (Error e) { warning("Failed to load plugin %s: %s", module_name, e.message); } - } else if (!should_be_active && is_loaded) { + } else if (should_be_active) { + load_extension(info); + } else if (is_loaded) { unload_extension(info); } }
